We appreciate your interest in partnering with the Rotary Clubs of
Gainesville Foundation to strengthen our community. Through
proceeds generated by the annual Wild Game Feast, the Foundation
awards grants to support impactful projects that benefit residents
of Alachua County. Eligible applicants must be qualified nonprofit or
public charitable organizations, and proposed projects should align
with the Foundation’s funding priorities and grant criteria.
Please complete the application form below to be considered for
funding. Following an initial review, a limited number of qualified
applicants will be invited to advance to the next stage of the
grant application process.

Basic Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should review the following requirements before submitting:
 Organization must be a qualified 501(c)(3) nonprofit or public charity.
 Projects must primarily benefit Alachua County residents.
 Funding is intended for one-time projects, capital equipment, facility
improvements, or program expansion.
 Requests for operating expenses, salaries, rent, utilities, or recurring
program costs are not eligible.
 Projects should be capable of completion within 12 months of funding.
 Applicants must be willing to recognize the support of the Rotary Clubs of
Gainesville Foundation if awarded funding.

Meeting these criteria does not guarantee funding or an invitation to move to the next stage of our process. Following review of all submissions, the Foundation Board will invite a limited number of qualified applicants to advance to the next stage of the grant selection process.
